Puntallana is a municipality on the island of La Palma located in the province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife with an area of 35.10 km2 and 2,547 inhabitants. It borders with San Andrés y Sauces and with Santa Cruz de la Palma. Puntallana has always been an agricultural area that in its day was the granary of the island, mainly in the wheat harvest.
